  • 200 grams bihun (vermicelli noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 100 grams cabbage, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak the bihun in hot water for about 10 minutes or until softened, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add carrot and cabbage, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Add the softened bihun to the pan, followed by soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Mix in the chopped green onions just before serving.
