200 grams bihun (vermicelli noodles)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
100 grams cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
Soak the bihun in hot water for about 10 minutes or until softened, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
Add carrot and cabbage, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender.
Add the softened bihun to the pan, followed by soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Mix in the chopped green onions just before serving.
Notes
