  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, sauté the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot, cooking until translucent.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the gnocchi and cook until they float to the surface.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon and parsley.
