Avocado and Mango Salad

A vibrant and refreshing salad that combines creamy avocados with sweet mangos, perfect for a healthy meal or side.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 large mango
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Halve the avocados, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a large bowl.
  2. Peel and dice the mango, then add it to the bowl.
  3. Chop the red bell pepper and red onion, and mix them in.
  4. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt.
  5. Gently toss to combine ingredients.
  6. Finish by adding chopped cilantro on top.
