Instructions

  2. Add the turmeric powder, black pepper, and ginger, stirring to combine.
  3. Introduce the chicken thighs, browning them on all sides.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
